YIN PLUS YANG EQUALS ENERGY
The building blocks of any metaphysics application lie in the opposing and combining forces of Yin and Yang. Every occurrence can be explained within the crux of this polarity. All existence is found in inseparable yet contradictory opposites: active and passive, fast and slow, light and dark, male and female, dormant and active, and so on.
These work together to create all QI (energy) in the universe that affects us.
YIN emanates from mountain-like (still) forms, can slow down or deactivate. In Fengshui context, its energy is best utilised in the centre of a property or bedroom or meditation room to bring peace, clarity and relaxation. In astrology context, it is the feminine planet or nurturing house or your emotional side.
YANG on the other hand, is produced from water-like (moving) forms, therefore it can activate energies. In fengshui context, it can energise the body if used in the exercise area. In study or work area it can improve abilities and lead to better decision making. Used in the kitchen, it brings an abundance of nourishing food. In the astrology context it would mean masculine planets, creativity, action, growth and everything that brings a buzz to life.
As such any application must study the energy map for best available nourishing energy to then connect, manipulate and use at a good time and place to our advantage by balancing both its yin and yang components.
THE COSMIC TRINITY
